I went into Greggs at about 330pm on Saturday 3rd November. The range was very limited and the shelves were very empty . I had eaten fruit in the morning and had been in town for a while so was really hungry therefore decided to get a chicken bake Before jumping on the bus . A couple of hours after consuming it I started to feel nauseous . I had some of my dinner but wasnt able to complete it. During the night I woke up with fever nausea and experienced both vomiting and d | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
