Decided to buy a chicken katsu pastry and was poisoned 7-8 hours after doing so, I know this is down to the greggs due to it being the only thing I had eaten on that day. Came down with severe vomiting and couldn’t keep fluids down due to it | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
