I ate the Paprika Beef with broccoli salad at The Guild House on 5/16/24 at noon. Began to feel nauseous around 6pm and by midnight I experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea a total of 5 times. I’ve felt nauseous, with a chill and slight headache and have been bedridden all day today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
