Chicken Parm Sandwich Illness - Guy Fieri's American Kitchen Bar Cancún, Cancún Quintana Roo

Ate the chicken Parm sandwich about an hour prior to departure, vomited on plane about 3 hours later. Still have nausea and diarrhea nearly 48 hrs later. Was in Mexico for 7 days without issue until eating that sandwich. I'm wondering if they use tap water to prepare food/sauces. This place needs to be inspected ASAP | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
