Chilean Salmon Triggers Migraine - H-E-B, Houston Texas

I bought packaged salmon from HEB. Salmon is one of my favorite foods, but after eating it on Saturday evening, 5/10/2025, I slowly began getting a headache and very painful trapezius muscle pain. Please note from the label that it is Chilean salmon. I usually eat salmon that is northern Atlantic or northern Pacific. On Sunday, 5/11/2025, I ate some salmon leftovers from the night before. Today is 5/12/2025, and I still have migraine symptoms. For me, tilapia is an extreme trigger food. This is the first time I've had a migraine after ingesting salmon. | Symptoms: Headache, Muscle Pain, Migraine
