Bought Duncan Hines Keto Vanilla Frosting for my wife’s birthday cake. We each ate a piece of cake that night and experienced a lot of gas within about 4-6 hours. A full 24-30 hours later we were both hit with crippling stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, headache and chills. I’m confident that the frosting is the culprit due to the color of the vomit matching the food colored color of the frosting. Additionally, a friend of ours did not consume the frosting, but did consume the cake, and had no issues whatsoever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas
