Quiche Causes Food Illness - H-E-B, Fredericksburg Texas

3 years ago reported by user-rnccf376 business

H-E-B, South Adams Street, Fredericksburg, TX, USA

407 South Adams Street, Fredericksburg, 78624 Texas, United States

I purchased an HEB-prepared heat-and-eat quiche from my local grocery store on 9 May 2022 and cooked it for lunch. The package was not opened or damaged and the use-by date was well in the future. I heated it following the instructions, in the oven for 25 minutes. Within a few hours I began to experience typical food poisoning symptoms: nausea, diarrhea, cramping, intestinal pain. I'm still not over the symptoms and will call my doctor tomorrow if they persist.
Update May 14th: My symptoms finally subsided on Friday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
