I ate a char cheeseburger and fries. Within twenty four hours I was feeling nauseated. Profuse projectile vomitting with severe diarrhea. Felt horrible all night. I was able to keep fluids down the next morning, but still weak. I felt so bad night before thought I was going to have to go to the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
