Home made rice with fried Halloumi Cheese purchased from the supermarket and chose it mainly because it was lower salt than other brands. Within 2 hours of eating I began vomiting and diarrhoea for two hours. Still feeling under par 48 hours later. Will not be eating this again!! Ever 🤢 Home made recipe using supermarket bought Halloumi. Two hours after eating I began to feel nauseous, then was vomiting and had diarrhoea for two hours and still feeling unwell after 48 hours with headaches, fatigue and sensitive tummy. Luckily my OH has a stomach less sensitive and was not ill. I noted that it had a long shelf life on it into 2021 so did not expect to be ill like this. A health conscious relative used to recommend eating this as a healthy alternative, don't know what to, so I must find out if she still eats it or has ever been very ill like me after doing so. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue
