I typically eat lunchables when I dont have time to prep a lunch, but I noted that mine had a off taste and chucked it up to it being my damaged taste buds. However the ham and cheese lunchable would cause stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. I only ate half of it too. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

Yes for me it was the pepperoni pizza lunchable but had the exact same thing. Felt like I was constipated but had diarrhea at the same time. The pain made me nauseous especially when sitting on the toilet. I’ve never had this in my life. Granted this was in west Chicago suburbs but yeah.
