Shrimp Hibachi ER Visit - Hana Asian Bistro and Bar, Williamsport Pennsylvania

My family has been craving this, as we are frequent eaters there. I ordered the steak hibachi meal, and he got the shrimp meal, and side orders for the kids. Within a half hour after eating he started vomiting uncontrollably to the point we took him to the er, and I had to call off work to be home with the kids. He was diagnosed with food poisoning. We ordered food at 1pm and got there to pick it up about 1:30pm. We ate nothing prior to that, and the store was notified. My money was refunded but NOTHING was done about the bad shrimp. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
