Suspected source: Second time in a week I got very sick within one hour of eating Bite size Frosted Shredded wheat.
Onset: Within one hour
Duration: Most of the day
Sick: One
Additional information: The first time this happened I had a banana on this cereal and thought perhaps it was the banana, but today I only had the Shredded wheat with an expectation date of September 2023. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
