Last Saturday lunch - prawns and a quinoa and spinach salad. Prawns had heaps of salt on them and salad was “sludgy”. On reflection I shouldn’t have eaten it. Symptoms started four hours later ( violent stomach spasms, intense headache, sore eyes, aching and pain all over) and I am still very sick ( it’s now Tuesday) | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache, Stomach Pain, Body Ache, Soreness
