Orange Chicken Illness Report - Happy Garden II, Excelsior Minnesota

I ordered a children's orange chicken on night of May 22, 2026. Next afternoon (May 23, 2026) started having bad cramps in lower abdomen resulting in diarrhea with bloody stool. This occurred every two hours throughout that night and next morning. Went to the emergency room that morning (May 24, 2026) and was there for six hours. Had CT, blood, urine and other testing. Deemed food poisoning and likely tied to Happy Garden Two Meal with the food culprit likely being the chicken or rice. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Bloody Stool
