Wings Sickness After Concert - Hard rock cafe, Chicago Illinois

Husband got wings here before a concert. About 5hrs later as we were leaving the concert he started to feel unwell. He began vomiting and complaining of alternating sweating/clamminess and stomach cramps shortly there after. I did not have wings, and am not unwell. We also split nachos, husband having wings was the only difference in what the two of us consumed for the day. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating
