Family Sick After Resort Stay - Hotel, Punta Cana La Altagracia

Went on a family vacation with with a total of 9 family members in February of 2024. I was poisoned according to doctors back in the states. I was hospitalized upon my return, the on call medical doctor at the resort wanted me to go the hospital because my blood pressure was dropping and I couldn’t walk without getting so lightheaded that I wanted to pass out. Ingested salt and pedialite until I got back to the states. Awful experience. Didn’t drink the water and brushed teeth with bottled water, didn’t have ice in drinks…just in case. 6 other family members had diarrhea and nausea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Lightheaded
