Casino Resort Illness Report - Hard rock cafe, Punta Cana La Altagracia

Last June of 2018 my sister and I stayed at Hard Rock Punta Cana. We were very careful what we ate not having ice in drinks etc. Halfway through the trip we both became violently ill. It hit my sister first she was so sick she could barley walk. I had to cancel her spa service and ask if a doctor could come to the room. I was told she would have to come downstairs to the medical building they would not come to the room and that she would be charged for her spa service!!! The day before we left I became very ill I had to use wheelchair services through out the airports barley making it home. Years prior my son became violently ill we had stayed at different resort but his illness lasted over a month I even had him tested for parasites. I will never go back to the DR. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
