We were in April 2018 and our entire wedding party fell ill with nausea diarrhea and some of us even vomiting and the symptoms lasted for several weeks after we returned from the island,. The symptoms started within two days of arriving, there was over 12 of us that were sick that I knew I have but the wedding party I think was even larger and could’ve been up to 30 people | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
