Casino Hotel Food Illness - Hard rock cafe, Punta Cana La Altagracia

6 out of 15 got sick last week (June/July 2021) from there. One was even hospitalized while in Punta Cana. Another went to the ER once we got back home. All have diarrhea and vomiting. Doctors said it is bacterial from food contamination most likely. This place was not clean and would not recommend visiting.

Update: We now have 2 more sick with diarrhea and 2 that were already sick are also running a fever. Doctor in the States said it is a food born bacteria illness. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever
