Ate dinner at 7pm at Isla Resturant. By 10:30pm I was vomiting, diarrhea, nausea all night long. My husband started the same thing in the morning. We reported it to the sales office and was directed to the correct person there. We basically were told no one else complained so go away!! It was brushed under the carpet. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
