Additional information: I feel it was intentionally because after I walked away with the veggies that goes with the sandwich..two females looked at me smiling suspiciously..one saying
" I don't care "
I ordered a fish sandwich meal with tomato and lettuce added I was dining in ..they forgot to add the veggies..I went back to the front to make them aware ..they had me waiting for almost 10 minutes for it ... there was no other customers ordering at the time.. everyone that was in the front of the register was in the back joking around when I finally got it ..I continued eating..I was still there in the restaurant after eaten. j finishing a phone call and was actually there for a lil while with other important calls..butI noticed I start feeling nauseous and a little stomach pain.. I got up to leave to get ready to head home but had went next door first to a dollar store real quick , really needed some personal items before Ive gotten home..I started feeling more sick as I walk around the store ..my stomach was paining more ...I noticed I need to throw up ..I ran to the front was trying to go outside to let it out ..but I couldn't..i trew up all over the front store ..dollar tree associates were there supporting me, I did apologize to them..I told them what happened.. must I add a manager mentioned they've noticed it's seems to be always a lil empty there ... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Sore Throat
