I went to Hardee’s and purchased three Crunchy Beef Tacos. I ate one while driving and when I went for the second one I notice the lettuce was nasty and slimy looking. After about an hour my head started hurting and I felt real nauseous. Anything I put in my body sent me straight to the rest room. That was all night last night and still continuing this morning. Not a good experience especially when you have to stay at work the whole time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
