Bought the Panera Bread Chicken Caprese Bowl at here. I ate it Sunday night and woke up in the middle of the night throwing up. I threw up 5 more times during the night and several more times the next day. After about the 4th or 5th time throwing up, the diarrhea started. Today is Tuesday and after drinking lots of Vitamin-Water to try to stay hydrated, I'm still week. Since I ate nothing else Sunday night, I know that was what made me sick. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
