We believe macaroni salad. Hello, We all ate it last night. My son was the only one who ate the macaroni salad and had had diarrhea. There are two other reports on here related to the same restaurant and symptoms in the last 45 days. So maybe something they put in it or it was bad? | Symptoms: Diarrhea
