I was at work and ate a potato, and afterward, I ate the Healthy Choice meal. I started feeling sick about ten minutes after eating said meal. I went to the restroom room to vomit and felt like I had to take a number two. I didn't do anything; then I went back to the bathroom to vomit, and about 30 minutes later, I had to take a number two. I will not eat that again! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

2 days ago I ate healthy choices food I throw up 7 times I thought I had to go to the hospital now I just ate I’m getting sick! they better check what’s going on!
