Ravioli Meal Causes Illness - Hello Fresh, Toronto Ontario

I made a ravioli mushroom spinach meal from my most recent their box and got very ill within 2 hours of eating. I had been having water-like diarrhea and vomitting all night, was unable to keep any water down, I developed a fever and passed out in my bathroom after vomitting. I had to go to the emergency room for fluids and anti-emetics by IV | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
