Today when I ate some undercooked potatoes I ate some undercooked potatoes. But not sure if it was also the salmon I ate I had some potatoes from here, and kept them in the fridge for a few weeks. I just broiled them in the oven last night for about 20-25 mins. They seemed cooked but I noticed they were a bit hard but I ate them anyways. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
