Product is Hillshire Farm Ultra Thin Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, purchased at Food Lion in Santee, SC on Dec 14, refrigerated and unopened until Dec 18. “Use by” date Jan 16, 2026On December 19, early morning, my partner and I both woke up with diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea. I experienced a splitting headache. We both had eaten the turkey at different times on Dec 18. We originally overlooked the idea of the turkey because it was brand new, just opened, and the best by date was Jan 16. We thought it must have been something we ate for supper. On Dec 20 my partner made a sandwich with the turkey meat and woke up in the middle of the night/early morning hours of Dec 21, with nausea and vomiting. I did not eat the turkey and am fine today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache, Nausea
