My partner, stepson and I all had diarrhoea, vomiting and fever at the Hilton Sal Resort - all eaten different things at the pool bar. I asked about the ice and was told they use filtered water but not sure about the hygiene practices there as it look like they had a number of untrained staff. Also a power cut the night before and I am not sure about the fridges and whether they have generators. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
