I traveled there... In January.. Upon return home I became violently I'll.. Went to ER twice.. They assumed it was most likely e. Coli.. Wondering if for tracking purposes with recent issues.. If I should report it somewhere, This was a company trip with several hundred attending I only heard of one other person having the same symptoms as severe as I did. My daughter was also affected, but not as severe. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever
