After a restless night, I had severe diarrhea on 16.12.23 at the Hilton La Romana Hotel. I think it must have come from one of the dishes. I can't 100% determine an exact cause. I ate in the grill (steak house) I suppose it could have been the starter, it was heavily seasoned. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
