Ate 2 1/2 eggs rolls, one spoon of fried rice and some dried noodles. Severe projectile vomiting, severe nausea. Couldn't walk. Extreme dehydration.Absolutely terrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
