I think carrots. 1 seemed fine. I ate 1 more that tasted a little off and felt a little slimy. I ordered edamame hummus with carrots and celery - in addition to the bread it’s served with. I barely made it home. Symptoms started about 30-60 minutes after eating. Upset stomach. Then diarrhea. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
