Repeated Cereal Illness Mystery - Honey Comb cereal, Casper Wyoming

Ate Honey Comb cereal and approximately 12-18 hours layer had terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea. Thinking somethign else mad emergency sick, I again ate more of the cereal 3 days later, only to get severely ill again and have diarrhea for days afterwards. Same issue happened to me 3 years ago with Lucky Charms cereal. My family didn't get sick after eating it. Possibly an allergic reaction to updated formulations from the company? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
