Yesterday buy a cheesy bacon cheeseburger. It was all I had to eat in all day three hours later. I started having the symptoms, open all night with vomiting and diarrhea still laying in bed. This morning I believe it was wendy's, like I said, until late all day No that is all  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain

I bought the spaghetti with meat sauce; order to go. As soon as a started eating a notice a weird taste and smell so I stopped eating. The next day my stomach started hurting and chills started to appear. At night I got a headache and woke up still with a headache and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Warmed up the chili around 5:30pm ate it at about 6:00pm. The chili did not taste weird or look strange. Went to bed around 10:00 and woke up at 11:30 to vomit. Vomited several times throughout the night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
