I have eaten Honey Nut Cheerios for decades and I have never had any issues until recently. I originally thought it might be a one off thing, but the pattern doesn't lie. Whenever I eat these cheerios, I get severe cramps that never end well. I don't know if the ingredients have changed, but I do know that after many, many, many years of enjoying Honey Nut Cheerios, I can no longer eat them. It has also prevented me from eating any of their other varieties. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
