Thank you for the specificity about consuming said cereal with milk! Truly. There are so many people reporting the exact symptoms of lactose intolerance while mentioning only the cereal in question. I personally switched to almond milk after having these symptoms quite a few times over the years. Then again "all the food is poison"Thanks

Ate about one cup of this at home, with miracle salad dressing. Some of the coleslaw pieces had an off taste. An hour later I had strong gas, used the toilet. Two hours later, bloating and mild nausea and dizzyness.
