I was eating a bowl of honey nut cheerios an afterwards my stomach started to tighten up making me feel nauseous then I threw up an then pooped on myself very embarrassing  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Yesterday ate a Big Mac and within an hour was experiencing severe stomach cramps followed by diarrhea. Bloody stools by night time. Still more bloody/mucus stools today. In process of contacting doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Bloody Stool, Mucus in Stools
