I had a bowl of this Cereal this morning with milk. After 2hrs I felt stomach rumbling and hurting. Had to run to the bathroom. Am on my 3rd run. | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Thank you for the specificity about consuming said cereal with milk! Truly. There are so many people reporting the exact symptoms of lactose intolerance while mentioning only the cereal in question. I personally switched to almond milk after having these symptoms quite a few times over the years. Then again "all the food is poison" Thanks
