Cereal Snack Triggers IBS - Cheerios, Bergenfield New Jersey

Ate the Kix cereal dry as a snack around 10pm. Woke up at 3 am with painful abdominal cramps accompanied with acid reflux.
It’s been a half hour now. This happened a week ago after eating Honey Nut Cheerios dry.
Sounds like it’s all the fiber? And/or I have diagnosed IBS? Whatever it is, I’ve learned my lesson…I’m going to stop eating this stuff. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Acid reflux
