Honey Nut Cheerios I ate a bowl this morning and felt like my throat was going to close up. I always had stomach pain, gas, burping, and constipation. It went away finally, but just now I ate another bowl and have the same symptoms again. This and a popsicle are the only things I have eaten today -So I know that the issue is HoneyNut Cheerios | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Gas, Constipation, Burping
