Cheerios: Severe Stomach Pain - Cheerios, Concord North Carolina

I ate honey nut Cheerios as a snack on Friday night 1/13/23. I woke up at 350 am with stomach cramps. I had diarrhea, later the vomiting started. I had to leave work because I was hurting too bad. I had to stay in bed the rest of the day. Laying on a heating pad to try to help the stomach cramps. I haven't eaten in over 24 hours, I'm scared to eat anything because it may hurt again.
