Had to be Honey Nut Cheerios because it’s the only thing I ate today. Ate dry No milk. Within an hour had nausea that lasted for about 7 hours , then spontaneous diarrhea which was severe. Sour stomach taste in my mouth and gastritis which was also severe now 12 hours later. I threw the box in the trash earlier today so I can’t take a picture.
