Garlic Chicken Stir Fry Illness - Honeygrow, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

11/1/2023 I went to honey grow around 9:21 pm. After I ordered my food , which was a piece of bread and the garlic chicken stir fry, I waited for my order and I just so happened to notice in the trash they threw a lot of what may have been cilantro or maybe some sort of green leafy ingredients they used. I was confused on what it was thrown away since it still was early but I didn’t think twice of it. I ate most of my food in the car in front of honeygrown then i proceeded to doordash. Now waking up at 8:00am 11/2/2023 i started with having heavy horrid gas and burping. Then after a couple minutes goes by ,things got worse. I was vomiting a lot , I had the runs and everything I’ve eaten from honeygrow was now in the toilet. Honeygrow was the last meal that I had eaten that entire night up until now. I can’t even hold down a drink , everything keeps coming up and I’m having severe sweats and chills. Maybe I accidentally consumed a spoiled ingredient of there’s that they maybe didn’t throw all away or what but I can’t eat at all right now. Really upset because the food was great maybe it was a bad night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Gas, Burping, Sweating
