I went in to the hooters on east broadway ordered 10 piece hot wings with ranch dressing medium hot.Soon after leaving i started with diarrhea and nausea.Went home went to bed woke up around 2am started throwing up and yellow diarrhea.If it was not for drinking Pedialyte i would of been hurting bad. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
