During third day after Buffett and cocktails I spent all Afternoon and night having explosive diarrhea and abdominal pain and low grade fever and aches. Next day I feel little better after taking Tylenol and Motrin but still feel weak and diarrhea. I am from Korea and I rarely get traveler diarrhea. I think this is food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Body Ache
