I visited the Coral buffet restaurant and at one hour and 30 mins after eating my dinner I began to suffer from severe flatulence along with a swollen painful abdomen , which very quickly escalated to non stop explosive diarrhoea and nausea all night and until the afternoon the next day. Luckily I took diarrhoea tablets with me as I am wary of certain food preparation abroad quite a however I then started to get a temperature and suffered with a fever alongside severe stomach cramps & muscle pain all over my body. I had to visit the on-site doctor who then prescribed me antibiotics, stronger diarrhoea medication as well as electrolytes and pain relievers . They also advised that if I went the day before , due to my symptoms I would have been referred to hospital. It took me over a week to recover and cost me a fortune. Myself and my partner informed both the hotel and the holiday rep but both were not keen to help or admit fault. They just pointed us in the direction of a doctor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Flatulence
