I got sick almost immediately after dinner (dizzy, nauseated) on 12/16 after eating at the buffet . I had sushi, a couple cooked muscles, and salad. Diarrhea started shortly after and has continued now two days later as well as vomiting.  Anti diarrhea pills aren’t helping and I’m supposed to be flying home today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
