Horrible food poisoning that turned into gastroenteritis. I’ve been sick for 3 days, dehydrated, lost 7lbs. Had to come home early and go to urgent care. They said if it gets any worse to go to the er. Don’t stay here if you canes about your health. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Dehydration
