My wife and I stayed May 8-12th 2023. In the early morning of May 11th we both became very sick with vomiting, diarrhea, headache, cramping and abdominal pain. We both ate similar food and drinks that day so couldn’t tell exactly the source but we had eaten here the entire trip. We were bed ridden the entire day of the 11th and then at least functional to make our flight back on the 12th. We stayed at another RIU on a previous trip and experienced no issues. There was an outdoor grilled food serving station near the pools where we ate some burgers the evening before getting sick but couldn’t say 100% the source | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Cramps, Stomach Pain
